Housekeeping

To keep our prices low and for the convenience of all users, we require all Court House hirers to follow a few simple housekeeping rules before you leave the premises.
We apply a deposit to all bookings. This is refundable after booking, subject to premises being left in a clean & tidy state. When you make your booking, you agree to the Booking Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: In the event of the Court House being left in an unsatisfactory state, St Peter’s reserves the right to retain part or all of your deposit to cover cleaning costs.

  • All crumbs & spillages cleaned up
  • Surfaces wiped
  • Floors hoovered/ mopped

Stack furniture

  • Stack all tables & chairs neatly in designated places (floorplan provided)

  • Toilets
  • Kitchen

Rubbish out

  • Empty bins & take bin bags away
  • Take all empty bottles away
  • Take all nappies away

Take away nappies

Please remove all soiled nappies!

Lock doors

  • Upstairs & downstairs fire doors
  • Kitchen back door
  • Double porch doors
  • Front door (when you leave)
Cleaning equipment (cloths, brushes, vacuum cleaner etc) are provided in the kitchen and in the cupboard next to the kitchen door.
