Hire rates

Welcome to the Court House Berkhamsted! These are the current rates for hiring the premises. Please note that these fees are updated annually in January.

A deposit is applied to all bookings. This is refundable after booking, subject to premises being left in a clean & tidy state. When you make your booking, you agree to the terms & conditions. In the event of the Court House being left in an unsatisfactory state, St Peter’s reserves the right to retain part or all of your deposit to cover cleaning costs.

To keep our prices low and for the convenience of all users, we require all Court House hirers to follow a few simple housekeeping rules before you leave the premises. Please familiarise yourself with these rules before your booking - you may lose your deposit if they are not followed.
