- Use the calendar on this page to select date(s) and times for your room booking
- Add booking details and requirements
- Send the booking request
The Parish Office will then review your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the price and availability of your time slots, and any additional requested facilities. Please wait for confirmation before making any further arrangements.

Booking groups explained
Selecting a booking group helps the system find appropriate time slots for this booking and estimate the price. Don't worry if you select the wrong group - your booking request will be reviewed and corrected by a member of staff if necessary.

Housekeeping
To keep our prices low and for the convenience of all users, we require all Court House hirers to follow a few simple housekeeping rules before you leave the premises:
Clean up
- All crumbs & spillages cleaned up
- Surfaces wiped
- Floors hoovered/ mopped
Stack furniture
- Stack all tables & chairs neatly in designated places (floorplan provided)
Turn off taps
- Toilets
- Kitchen
Rubbish out
- Empty bins & take bin bags away
- Take all empty bottles away
- Take all nappies away
Lock doors
- Upstairs & downstairs fire doors
- Kitchen back door
- Double porch doors
- Front door (when you leave)
Please note that if you fail to leave the Court House in a presentable state for the next hirers, you may lose your deposit.
